All communication between mental health professional and a client are protected by law. Therefore, if we will release information regarding our communications to others it will only be done with your written consent. If you are under 18, your parents or legal guardians may have access to your records and may authorize release to third parties.
Your privacy is important to us. We will only contact you in the way you specified on the patient information form. If, at any point, during therapy you wish to change contact information, it must be submitted in writing.
